Pagkatapos ng tatlong araw...nag set up ng phone conference ulit si Claudia regarding sa proposals nya...andun ulit ang sila bernie, michael, joseph at JJ...

Narinig nila ang proposals ni claudia...

"first things first...of course we cannot do all of these at once..we have to start from ground zero" sabat ni claudia

"I agree Claudia...medyo madugo yung plans...and of course it will take years to implement all of these..and of course the funding" sabat ni Michael na medyo nasanay na din kay carla in terms of organizational skills...

"tama ka michael...by the way michael...what is the operation of JRC realties right now and assets"

"well mostly our income earners now is mostly from endorsement and contracts of joseph...of course..some rental incomes from the properties acquired in iloilo...most assets are mostly unproductive..dahil hindi nga natuloy ang development dun sa San Jose...and now bumagsak nga dahil sa baha but now..it recovering...and with boy and richards attempt to develop the place..medyo bumabalik ang interest na tumaas ang presyo dun"

"hmm...okay....what we can do ..is to fool them...we can create an artificial demand..."

"tapos and how?" tanong ni michael

"mag press release tayo...and we will start buying lands again...to create a panic mode sa kabila...then kikilos din yung mga yun...and after that..we can make an offer...to sell or buy out..kunwari...may mag traydor sa JRC...at lalapit sa kampo nila....na kunwari..hawak ng isang shareholder ang malawak na lupa na pwedeng ibenta sa kanila"

"interesting" sagot ni bernie

"well..may argument ba kayo?" sabat ni Claudia..

"so far wala" sabat ni Michael

"okay...go for that plan...bernie..mag press release ka na...na itutuloy dun ang malaking mall and subdivision sa likod"

"okay Claudia" sagot ni bernie

"now...how do we implement the take over of MegaPacific...I must admit..JRC is too little to be notice by the investors and fight against MegaPacific and MetroCorp of boy and richard tandem...since we have 20% of megacorp..we can increase the buy back....until we get back 25%...then..contact lilibeth who owns 15%...make an alliance with lilibeth...thus if we combine the 25 plus 15..we get 40% of the company..and ligawan natin mga stockbrokers who owns 30%...then we can have majority..and reorganize the corporation..."

"sounds like a clever idea claudia" sabat ni Michael..

"yes..I was thinking of buying up lilibeth..but right now..we need all the money...kailangan bilisan ang benta sa Iloilo...at yung plano dun....para maubos din pera ng Metro Corp...the rest will follow...unahin natin ang pag take over sa MegaPacific...."

marami pa silang na pag usapan at mga debate nila regarding sa plano ni Claudia...pero andun si bernie...nag iisip...

gumugulo pa din kay bernie ang mga katanungan..lalo na ngayon na medyo madugo na ang mga pinagagawa ni Claudia...maraming plano...at hindi simpleng plano lang....at inisip nya na si carla lang ang makaka sagot ng lahat..dahil si Carla ang kumuha kay Claudia..

"asan na kaya si carla?" inisip ni bernie.....
