I don't know if I have to wait for Feb 3 chinese new year for me to be lucky. For now...the pavements are there but the money isn't coming in yet. I still don't have any sale at Century Properties up to now and its going to be my 3rd month.

I just think it will be easier for me to be out of payroll rather than having a payroll wherein I'm so pressured. And probably do what I have to do. Why will I hire when I can do it myself right? I had mastered the art of working already so I think I am ready for other businesses and also finish this book.

May God just lead me to make the right decision.

Stayed home the whole day...di ako pumasok...with the outreach program dapat...wala na akong ka gana gana pumasok sa work...wanna spend my whole day chatting online...and reviewing my book..

The funny part is...I started reviewing Book 2...and I was shock to learn...that Jake was employed in a Real Estate firm..in Pacific Star Bldg..with a salary of 35K...and that was written 2008...and guess what...that is my salary now in that real estate firm...was that a pure coincidence or what? or premonition...and in the same bldg...

I know there are only 50 readers here which is cool to me..kasi ayokong maging public itong site...at least there are people here who can give me reviews regarding my book.

Well super busy with organizing our Christmas Party for my real estate firm. I am so tired already with meeting people and attending parties, drinking spree, get togethers, etc. You know there comes a time wherein nasusuka ka na!

Up to now I can't analyze myself if I'm a party animal or a loner. I seem to have acquired both personalities. But at this point, I think I am already saturated. I need some time for myself and spend time for my artistic aspect like finishing this book, and other books in progress.

About love life...I think it's NADA. I'm still with my long time companion for 13 years. Jake is still there with a new girlfriend na buntis nanaman. He really never learn in life. I guess, he really fucks without condom and that is his problem. We had a misunderstanding the last time..as usual..selos..pero di ko pa sya kina kausap ..wala akong time.

Pero alam ko, he is still willing to take me as soon as I apologize to him. Pero sa dami ng problema nya now, parang ayoko syang kausapin muna. I think I have my own problems to deal with.

Anyway, have to wake up early. Ako emcee and organizer ng christmas party namin sa Establishment sa fort bukas...wish me luck...
